Three types of burial are available at Woronora, Plaque Lawn, Monumental Beam Lawn and Monumental.
The Plaque Lawn caters for all religious denominations. The memorial marker is a standard size bronze plaque placed on a concrete beam. Each grave allows for two adult interments. The surrounding area is maintained by cemetery staff.
The Monumental Beam Lawn also caters for all religious denominations. The memorial marker can be a monument of the families choosing (conditions apply). Each grave allows for two adult interments. These sections apart from the monument are maintained by the cemetery staff.
The Monumental Sections are only available in the older denominational areas. Full monuments including kerbing can be erected (conditions apply). Each Grave allows for two adult interments. The monument is fully maintained by the family.
With the space available for burials diminishing it is no longer possible to purchase graves for future use. However, an exception is made when a grave is purchased for someone who has just died, an additional grave can be purchased, this then allows for a total of up to four interments.
